Returns are done on a case-by-case basis.
1. If an error occurs with the product type or in the printing process by the supplier or College-Town Promotions all or part of the money received will be returned.
2. If the product ordered can not be delivered in a timely manner full refund will be offered to the customer.
3. If the customer gives approval to an artwork proof and the product matches the proof no refund will be offered.
4. All special terms and conditions provided by each supplier must be met to be considered for a refund.
